Agreement for Data Use and Privacy

Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg's Privacy Policy

Definitions:

• Data or meta-data on Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg is any information or meta-data about or generated by Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg. It includes data which you do not own but do store, even if encrypted.
• Data includes personal information, usage data, metadata (hereafter refered to simply as data), behavioral data, or any other identifiable information, whether that is data belonging to Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg or data concerning Estiaan, or data about Estiaan, in any form.

Terms of Agreement:

• Data Collection Restriction
  You will not collect data on Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg except where strictly necessary for the functioning of the website, device, application, platform, or service.
• Prohibition of Data Sales and Bartering
  You will not sell, barter, or exchange Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg's data for value.

• AI and Algorithm Training Restriction
  You will not use Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg's actions, words, or writings to train AI models or algorithms.
• Right to Data Deletion
  Upon request, you will delete all data related to Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg, except records of the deletion request itself or metadata required to maintain this agreement’s integrity.
• Superseding of Prior Agreements
  This agreement supersedes any previous agreements regarding privacy policies applicable to Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg.
• Restrictions on Future Agreements
  Future agreements that might replace this one require written consent from Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg and cannot condition Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg’s access to services on consent to new terms.
• No Forced Agreement
  You will not force Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg into agreements that would prevent continued use of your service upon non-acceptance.
• Liability for Data Leakage
  You accept liability for any damages should data leakage occur, should Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg seek damages.
• Security Measures
  You will implement reasonable security measures to protect Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg's data.
• Data Transfer Restrictions
  You will not transfer Estiaan Janse Van Rensburg's data outside your organization without explicit consent, except as required by law.
• Compliance with Applicable Laws
  You agree to comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations.
• Acknowledgment of Hypocrisy Clause
  You acknowledge that if you enforce any agreement containing phrasing like “by using this service you agree…” or “by continuing to use our service you agree…,” disputing this Data Use and Privacy Agreement shall render you (or the business entity you represent) a no-good, two-faced, double-dealing, fork-tongued, shameless hypocrite.
